DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT

DELETE IN THE HALLPASS APP

1. Sign in to HallPass.
2. Open the Profile tab.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Type DELETE and select Delete Forever.

You can use the same controls on the HallPass website after signing in.

IF YOU CANNOT SIGN IN

Email kingsleyiokoli@gmail.com from the email address associated with your HallPass account and use the subject “HallPass account deletion request.” We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.

DATA THAT IS DELETED

• Your HallPass sign-in account, email address, and profile
• Saved conventions, schedules, agenda notes, and checklists
• Convention budgets and expense entries
• Cosplay plans, reference links, and notes
• Meetup participation and meetups you organized
• Uploaded convention-memory photos and captions
• Push-notification registrations, badges, suggestions, and feedback linked to your account

Active account data is removed when in-app deletion succeeds. Data in processor backups and disaster-recovery systems may take up to 30 days to expire.

LIMITED DATA THAT MAY BE RETAINED

Payment, tax, fraud-prevention, security, and support records may be retained only when required for legal, accounting, dispute-resolution, or security purposes. These records are not kept as an active HallPass profile and are deleted or anonymized when the applicable retention period ends.
